Shipping Policy

Please note: In the following statements, "shipping" refers to orders arriving at their destination address via a third-party carrier (e.g. United Parcel Service, United States Postal Service). The time frames provided are to be used only as a guideline for these third-party carriers.

All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time or Australian Eastern Summer Time.

Service Level Options

Currently three shipping service levels are available;

Standard service option: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 4 to 7 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. 2 Business Day service option: Your order is delivered to the shipping address 3 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. Note: For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and two business days for delivery.

Next Business Day service option: Your order is delivered to your shipping address the next business day (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed.

Note: For orders placed during the weekend, allow one business day for processing and one business day for delivery.

Calculating the Arrival Date for an Order

Total time is based on handling time plus shipping time:

Handling time is the time needed to pack your order. The goal is to process your order in less than 24 hours, when received during the normal business week (Monday-Friday).

Shipping time is based on the shipping service level option you select.

Same Day Shipping

If your order is received by 12 p.m. (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday, our goal is to have your order packed, and shipped the same day.

Shipping Rates

Your shipping cost is presented during the checkout process. As part of the checkout process, you are provided with Australia Post Office shipping rates as quoted by the Australia Post Office Web site. The rates will change depending upon the level of service you have requested as well as the weight of your order. For more details, consult the Australia Post Office Web site at www.auspost.com.au.

If you decide to return your order, shipping charges are not refundable.

Where Orders are Shipped

Lowes.com offers shipping to all United States addresses including Alaska and Hawaii, APO/FPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Note: A surcharge will be added for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and all United States Protectorates.

For APO/FPO addresses, please enter APO/FPO in the city field, the applicable code in the state field (AA/AE/AP) and your APO/FPO zip code.

Shipping restrictions are as follows:

P.O. Boxes and APO addresses will be serviced by the United States Postal Service. Due to postal regulations, any order that weighs more than 70 lbs. or exceeds certain dimensions cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ensure that orders to APO/FPO addresses or to any United States Protectorate will be delivered within the Standard service window of 3 to 7 business days. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are offered the Standard service option only. Orders to all United States Protectorates are offered the Standard service option only and will incur a $5 surcharge.

Alaska and Hawaii Orders

At this time we are only able to offer the 2 Business Day and Next Business Day service levels for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. A surcharge of $5 applies to all 2 Business Day and Next Business Day service level shipments to these states.

International Orders

Currently not all international orders can be supported. Further information may be obtained by e-mail info at tonyward.org.

Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise is damaged when it arrives, please call Tony Ward on any of the contacts below.

Every effort is made to ensure the goods are finished to the highest standard and packaged to prevent the work from damage. When the work is received please inspect it to check its condition. If you notice that the goods are damaged, you should contact me immediately.

If you decide to return your order, shipping charges are not refundable.


Returns and Refunds


The ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within thirty (30) days. Information contained on the invoice will be necessary to process the return or refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipped Merchandise Returns/Exchanges

If you are returning merchandise in new, unused condition, contact us within 30 days from receipt. If you have a return/exchange due to shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 30 days from. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.

Please note: Australia Post Office ship-to addresses are not eligible for no-charge pickup.

Please report items that are damaged or missing within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds

If you receive a product you are dissatisfied with for any reason other than a shipping error, defect or damage use any of the contacts mentioned below. Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refundable.
